The day after corporate buybacks stop stocks fall as volume came in higher than Tuesday’s session. For much of today sellers ruled the day. Much of the news cycle continues to focus on Brussels and the lasting effects it will have on Western Europe. Selling certainly picked up at the end of the day. Small caps bore the brunt of the selling today as well as the NASDAQ. Is this the start of a good pullback or something more sinister remains the question time will tell. Our trend is still intact, but we’ll continue to monitor the action of the market and react accordingly.
Keeping this update short tonight. For subscribers we are entering into a hedge at tomorrow’s open. We are not suggesting this trend is over, but we are going to follow our process and push forward.
