This video lesson is long and that is because I have to hit on the aspect of psychology following what I absolutely consider my most frustrating session of 2021–quite possibly ever. I go over the overall market, EOD swing signals, and every one of my missed trading opportunities in what should have been a 6 for 6 day that instead ended with a 0 for 0 day. At this very moment, I am still in shock over my lack of performance and it is going to definitely take me all weekend to get over. Trading is tough mentally but it doesn’t have to be. That is what makes today the most frustrating. I still cannot believe it actually happened. This is going to be a tough one to forget and get over. Aloha.
