My sincerest apology for the long video but following the quadruple session and all of the signals that it generated there was simply no way to make a short video lesson. The good news is that I do not plan on making any long video lessons next week and will try to keep every one to 5 minutes or less. I’ll be placing a “hard stop (time limit)” on the videos before I make them. Aloha.
