There are no new short positions for Monday as the stock market is still clearly trending up in the short-term giving us more opportunity to make money on the long side than on the short side. Besides one long that did amazing on day one that reversed on FRI all of our recent longs are clearly outperforming the few shorts we took before the trend resumed up. As long as this upside bias continues on the short term going short is not the wise move to make. The good news for those waiting to go short is that if this rally fails here, we have a lot of stocks that broke on heavier volume that have now rallied back to key resistance areas on low volume that could become great shorts. Some stocks in my scans on FRI that could become future shorts include STO, AAP, PENN, WOOF, FSYS, and WCG.
