I know it seems that I would be shorting the stock market right now however I do not go into short positions as soon as the market starts selling off. I usually wait until after a rally attempt by the stock market has failed and then subsequently go short the stocks that show up in my scans with my proper setups. Right now, however, if you are a Platinum subscriber, you have scored some immediate gains as our early shorts in CS, NYX, and DB all did very well on Friday. We have another four “early” shorts for Platinum members for Monday but for me I need to wait till the market fails another rally attempt before going short. Remember, back in October, a lot of smart financial “experts” called a top and starting to go short. I waited until I had lower highs and lower lows and thank God I did. By doing that I did not get stopped out of all my longs and prevented myself from tacking on more losses by going short. Now, however, I think it is different and worse but TRUST ME I know my history! We have time! The best shorts show up FIVE TO SEVEN MONTHS AFTER (AFTER AFTER AFTER) the stock puts in a top. If you study the 2000-2002 and the 2008 period my plays and the best shorts of that period PROVE this to be the case. We have time, chill out. If this market is done, we have plenty of time to make money. If you can’t chill out, well then, I have four more early shorts for you on the forums. Aloha.
