After finishing the scans it appears that there is not much out there in the terms of stocks possible to short today. For a down day in the market and with some of the bearish tones I heard out there today I expected a thicker list of shorts. However, not a single scan had more than six. Still APEI THS ONXX ACV and ESI could all still be shorts with small low volume rallies to resistance. If that can happen one of these I am sure we will surely see again. We already were short ACV and ESI before. It’s never good for stocks to show up in my short scans at different times so close together. That usually means the stock is going a lot lower.
