There are no new shorts tonight and the scans were fairly empty but if this market does fail and starts to move lower again I want to make sure there are some stocks I am ready to short with a failure at key resistance levels like past highs or the 50/200 day moving average. Some of those stocks that showed up in the short scans that I might consider if we have a market failure is STRA, NVO, ACOR, UTHR, and ACN.
