The good news is that I have 23 (only about 20% of portfolio–over 75% is in cash) stocks short and one of my biggest shorts is RIMM. I believe it was like a 30% drop after-hours and with my AAPL and FSLR chart soon the rest of my “FORMER HIGH FLYERS” will be shot and killed. I have recently added exposure to my agriculture longs and now with the gap lower tonight the big selling might start. If you want to know why I have no shorts tonight, it is because, DUH!!!!, there is nothing setup to fall immediately. It has been a slow process and I have taken more lumps than at any other time commission wise than I have this year on shorts. However, when you get it right, you make it all back plus a TON MORE. Hopefully my past big leaders of the Chemical-Fertilizer sector and other big named stocks that were loved that I am short like RIMM, AAPL, and POT will finally come crashing down help setting us up for new leaders. And for new REAL leadership I have to say it will take a while to get rid of these bad crops before the seeds can be planted for us to watch our NEW oak trees grow!! Do you really think after going over my past big winners I will never have another 500% winner again.LOL. I will be here till the day I die watching new oak trees grow in bull markets for the rest of my life. Aloha and remember cash is KING!!!! DO NOT CHASE SHORTS. THAT CAN AND WILL KILL YOU EVENTUALLY. BE VERY CAREFUL OUT THERE AND ONE MORE TIME: CASH IS KING!!!!! or if you are a pro a few shorts can’t hurt either.
