There is only one stock that is breaking out of a long base or bouncing right off the 50 DMA after moving lower towards it on low volume and bounce off of it on high volume. That stock is APEI. Hopefully, this bounce has more bounce than some of the more recent bounces but this seems to have more time on its side this time and will hopefully help send this stock to a new high. This stock has come down on low volume and in a more round fashion than the previous trips to the 50 DMA. I hope that helps along with this volume and BOP jumping a bit higher on this bounce right off the 50 DMA.
