I believe everything I am looking at here is too speculative for newbies. So right off the bat, if you are newbie without a track record of making consistent money on the long side, I would avoid everything you see here as nothing is low risk that offers you an excellent high reward to very low risk. There are two longs that appear to be safe since they are right at the 50 DMA but do not be deceived by that. The % loss that you might incur before a reasonable stop loss is hit is still too much for my comfort. Before I tell you why I am going long these stocks, I want to tell you the problems in each of them. USPH fundies are OK but they are nothing to rave about that with the chart being a little choppy it is not the best long for newbs. BZP and SKIL both have weak fundamentals and despite those two being right at the 50 DMA, you still would have to take more than an 8% loss before it can be considered a sell. That EVEN makes those two too risky. DMLP and CLR are both very pretty but after such huge recent runups it is hard to believe there isn’t going to be more backing and filling. VISN is a fantastic long as it has a beautiful chart and great fundamentals but a pullback to the 50 DMA is around a 20% loss. Since that would be a normal pullback, as long as it happened on lower volume, I would look to get very long at those levels. But up here, it is too risky. GENC is in the exact same boat and believe if newbies want to get long this stock you MUST wait for it to bounce on heavy volume off the 50 DMA before making this a large long. They are all good longs, with my favorite longs being BZP, VISN, and CLR. However, I do not feel comfortable loading up on any of them. Though BZP is a NEAR PERFECT setup with BOP being green, volume being strong during accumulation and quiet in the base. That bounce and near breakout makes BZP my favorite tonight. USE LIMIT ORDERS ON ALL STOCKS UNDER 100K AND ALWAYS USE MARKET AND LIMIT ORDERS WITH STOCKS UNDER 500K AND IT IS SAFE TO USE ALL MARKET ORDERS IF YOUR STOCK IS AVERAGING OVER A MILLION SHARES A DAY. Be careful out there, make sure you keep some cash on hand for more chart setups like BKE, GFA, PWRD, and ANSS. Being long here is the right play but buying right is ESSENTIAL to make big profits in this market. Do NOT chase.
