There were no new short positions for Tuesday that showed up in my scans. Not only that, there is nothing even close to being a short right now in my high priced stock scan which shows the stocks before my other short scans do. It looks like it is a low volume rally. It is time to be a little long with a lot of cash waiting to be put to work once volume returns. Until volume picks up, it is a low volume rally and you should never “short a dull market.”
